Product Description

SJ102 is high basic agglomerated flux, gray white round grain. Grain size mesh: 10-60, basicity:3.0, have good welding procedure, good weld joint and excellent high temperature slag detachability. There is no Mn and Si transfer in deposited metal. It's adopt DCEP and matching low carbon steel low alloy steel austenite steel and martensite steel wire in multiple-layer welding. The weld metal has mechanical property and high low temperature impact toughness, it is used for bead welding in matching with suitable wire have good high temperature anti-oxidation resistance and wear resistant ability.
